  • When will I receive my order? Orders are shipped within the same week of being placed using USPS mail. You can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail if you need it sooner. Please be aware that we do not offer express or international shipping. If your package's tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you haven't received it yet, please wait a few more days as USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before they arrive. Please expect some delays during the busy holiday season.
  • How do I apply my sticker or decal? For small stickers, we suggest using a flat blade tool or your fingernail to lift the sticker from the backing paper. Please note that these stickers do not come with instructions or a test decal. If applying a sticker to drinkware, it is recommended that you handwash the item instead of placing it in the dishwasher. Additionally, stickers should not be applied to frequently handled or washed surfaces. For all vinyl decal orders, we include full step-by-step instructions with photos and a practice decal. We strongly recommend trying the practice decal before applying the main decal.  Please note that we do not offer refunds for errors made during the application process.
  • Can I use or buy your designs? Without our explicit permission, our designs cannot be resold, shared, modified, uploaded to the web, or claimed as your own.
  • Where are your items made? All stickers, decals, magnets and bookmarks are cut, printed and hand assembled in the studio located in Groveland, Massachusetts. We do not use print-on-demand for any of our products.
